The room rate includes:

Due to its spatial design, the Executive Suite is primarily a designer getaway from the daily hustle and bustle, and if necessary, also a comfortable space for somewhat less formal business meetings in the lounge area.
Since the beginning of Hotel Bulwar's operations, all light sources in the rooms have been energy-saving LED bulbs. In winter, we heat the hotel using energy from heat pumps.
